I recently signed up for Apple Music - going through the steps to create an Apple ID etc. I then selected the Apple Music app in the Roku store - going through the device registration process. When I select this app on my Roku it brings up a menu bar in grey scale and a big message in the centre "Get Personalised Music...". However my Roku remote does nothing! I cannot select anything or move the 'cursor'. Does anyone know how to get the app working on Roku?

Thank you Justin_900. This worked and I am now enjoying Apple music. I unplugged my Roku, waited for a bit and then plugged it back in. Apple music then responded perfectly.
