My iPhone xr phone is totally damaged after back glass replacement…like microphone , back camera is blurry , Face ID is disabled,FaceTime with no sound ,sound is not audible during in speaker call

Who exactly replaced the back glass on your XR? It couldn't have been Apple as Apple doesn't do it on any iPhone other than 12 and 13 series phones. Take it back to whoever you paid to do this, but don't expect Apple to help you. When you have a phone touched by anyone other than Apple, they won't touch your phone.
Apple or an authorized service provider will NOT replace the back glass on an iPhone XR. The internals are laminated to the back glass.
Apple won’t touch that phone. It is now completely unsupportable.
Take it back to whoever “fixed” it and ask them to make it right, or recycle it and go buy a new phone that hasn’t been tampered with.
Return to the store to have it fixed properly and you should expect no additional expense whatsoever.
They are blaming me it’s my fault itseems … now for replacing a new camera and microphone are charges applied they said us … 🤦🏼♀️
