iPhone XR not working after back glass replacement

Apple or an authorized service provider will NOT replace the back glass on an iPhone XR. The internals are laminated to the back glass.

Apple won’t touch that phone. It is now completely unsupportable.

Take it back to whoever “fixed” it and ask them to make it right, or recycle it and go buy a new phone that hasn’t been tampered with.

Return to the store to have it fixed properly and you should expect no additional expense whatsoever. 

Who exactly replaced the back glass on your XR? It couldn't have been Apple as Apple doesn't do it on any iPhone other than 12 and 13 series phones. Take it back to whoever you paid to do this, but don't expect Apple to help you. When you have a phone touched by anyone other than Apple, they won't touch your phone.
