Mac mini (M1, 2020) 16 GB Monterey 12.5

This machine is only a few months old. It frequently randomly restarts with a kernel panic. I've opened two different cases with Apple but no satisfaction. I've spend hours on the phone, doing everything asked of me: reinstalling the OS without wiping the disk, with wiping the disk, running in safe mode, creating a test user, deleting caches and libraries, changed the HDMI cable to a DP, etc. No satisfaction.

Since this machine is new and problematic from the start, I haven't installed very much on it.

I've tried to find someone at Apple who can read the panic but they won't share that information with customers or the support desk! I tried googling how to read the panic but this format doesn't match whatever pops up from google and who knows if this information would even be helpful.

I changed the energy saver to not allow it to sleep but I don't believe that's my issue since it has restarted when it wasn't sleeping.

Any suggestions?

Have you installed and run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps on your Mac?

Do you have any external HDs connected directly or by hub?

If by hub is the hub self powered?
