IPad update related
As mentioned in the image the download and install option is not showing here although there is cen IPad Os update of 15.6. Also there is a problem with Wi-Fi icon as it is not in the top right corner.

Having resolved the WiFi connection issue, it may be necessary to perform a forced-restart of the iPad - and then check that the expected WiFi network connection remains active - before repeating the software update attempt.

If you have a beta profile installed, ensure this has been removed from your iPad - as, otherwise, installation of production software updates may be inhibited. This support page provides the necessary information to remove the beta from your iPad:

You should note that for your iPad to install an available update, its battery must be charged to at least 50% capacity - and/or be connected to its Power Adapter. Similarly, the iPad can only be updated over a standard WiFi connection - or be updated by a PC or Mac using iTunes or Finder - over a USB connection.

Now I have connected it to the wifi network but the download section is still faded.(As in the yellow box).
Also if you can see in the top right corner in the red box the wifi icon is not showing and it is showing a type of chain icon.
While your network connection is with a WiFi/Cellular hotspot, as illustrated, you will not be able to perform the update. Connect to a standard WiFi connection - or update using a PC or Mac computer.

Now I have connected to the proper wifi network but still the update option is missing
As stated in the screen shot. You need to connect to a WiFi network to do the update. You are not connected to WiFi, you are connected to a hotspot from your phone.
No. You haven’t. The status bar still indicates you are connected to a hotspot.
