iMessage activation

I’ve just changed my number over to a new phone and I can’t activate iMessage or FaceTime and my number hasn’t been working. I’ve tried everything suggested and it’s been about 3 days with a constant “activation error” message popping up but none of the suggested solutions work to fix it???
