Why is apple charging users for 4 TB of storage and saying their storage is full?

I’ve been paying for 4 TB of space and still get notified that my phone has no storage or space available

Do you use multiple Apple ID?

Do you get monthly 2 x invoice from Apple for iCloud subscription?

Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.

If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.

You pay monthly for iCloud storage.
