Hi there,
I noticed that I have duplicate map apps, calendar apps in my iPhone - and when I deleted the app - I noticed that both apps are deleted.
is my phone malwared? Or is this a glitch?

When Focus came in with iOS15 you can have duplicate home page app icons (so that you can limit a Focus to one home page) but there is only one copy of the app on the phone.
Choose the Remove from Home Page option instead of Delete.
