Where did you get this “genuine” battery? And who installed it? You do know that the ONLY way to get a “genuine” battery for an XS is to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider install it. Apple does not sell XS batteries on the open market at all.

Just the fact that it doesn’t show battery health is clear evidence that it isn’t a “genuine” battery.

Did you have a genuine Apple Battery installed? If not, that would explain your problem.

If it was a genuine Apple Battery installed at a genuine Apple Store or authorized dealer, take it back to them to fix this issue.
