iPhone 6+ problems adding email account

Software version 12.5.5, all updates installed.

Email account via Outlook.com was working until a couple of days ago, it kept asking me for a password.

I tried to update the password, but there was some verification error. So I decided to delete the account and re-add it.

Here's my steps to re-add, selected the following:

Settings

Passwords & accounts

Add Account

outlook.com

Message appears

" Outlook Account

Unable to verify account information OK"

I didn't enter any information,

When I press OK

Then it displays Mail, contact, Calendars, Reminders with NO information and Cancel or Save.

Any ideas?
