IM now In brasil, I cannot download some apps from brasil, Because My iPhone is register In The Philippines !

Change region of iphone

You will need a credit card with a bank in Brazil, and a Brazil home postal address.

The hardware service support will always be provided by Apple in the Philippines where it was bought.
