I’m needing to enable VoLTE on my SE (2020 model), but have reached a dead-end. I have to tap “voice and data”, but that option doesn’t show on the page. Family members with the same phones don’t have the problem. Carrier is Straight Talk. They said to replace the SIM card with one made for Verizon, but that hasn’t helped. Thanks for any answers y’all want to share.

You say that your wife has the same model phone as you. Does she have the same iOS installed, and if you look at the carrier file in Settings>General>About>Carrier, are they the same also? The carrier file is what determines what settings you see in the screenshot you provided.

VoLTE is enabled by default now. In fact, you can’t turn it off at all because the carriers require it for voice service.
As you’re discovering, the customer service at StraightTalk isn’t exactly top of the line…
Thanks for your response. This is what my wife sees after tapping Voice &Data, which doesn’t appear as an option on my phone, even though we have the same models. Should I just assume VoLTE is up and running, even though I can’t access it? And yes, StraightTalk customer service is less than impressive.
Thank you for that, however I asked if she is on the same iOS as you are, and you did not answer that. And, I realize that you are on the same carrier, I'm asking about the carrier file, it will have a name and version number, like my AT&T phone, the carrier says AT&T 50.0.2.
