so i have one apple id account used in to phones (family sharing as well) and i just remove one of the account in findmy and some how everything was deleted on the phone that was removed from findmy. Is there any way to recover what was lost on a iphone but also not backed up. It just wipe the phone clean. Thanks

When you went into the Find My settings to look at the phone, it appears that you enabled the option to erase the phone.

No, if you don't have a backup, you have nothing to recover.

It is not clear how did you remove a device using Find My.
Something amiss here.
