How to turn off automatic rearrangement spaces but keep placing windows at the beginning of the spaces list in mission control when the full screen is being enabled?

Turning off the "Automatic rearrange Spaces based on most recent use" feature affects the place where windows are placed when the green button is being pressed. If this feature is enabled windows are placed at the beginning of the horizontal list, but when it's disabled they are placed at the end of the list. Is there any way to keep placing windows at the beginning of "spaces" horizontal list even if that feature is disabled? Is there any terminal command able to do it?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.5
