Are you following the steps mentioned in this article, to move your data from your PC to the Mac?
To the letter. Can’t get it to connect I never get the pc icon on my new iMac.
Any Anti-Virus program active on your PC?
No everything is off. Unless there is something on the iMac that I can’t see or don’t know.
I tried both and also an Ethernet link. None worked. I am new to Mac except my iPhone.
