Error while downloading videos on apple tv
I'm getting an error (Err=303) While downloading a video on Apple Tv App on my Mac

Error -303 is described as “Wrong revision level”. I don’t think that helps much. Error numbers are generally for developers for projects in progress, not for end users.

Have you tried again after a restart?
Have you tried after starting up in safe mode? That would measure the effect that non-default software might have.
Have you tried after logging in to another user account? That would measure the effect of user account specific helper files (e.g. corrupt preference files).
What content were you trying to download? Is it subscription content, or iTunes Store purchases?
Did you get the error right away, or after a partial download?
