IPad M1 4K@120hz via TB to HDMI 2.1 adapter

Hi, Does IPad with M1 chip IPad OS 16 support 4K@120hz and/or 4K@120hz+HDR via TB to HDMI 2.1 adapter ? Or it’s just limited to 4K@60hz ? And if, is there a list of supported monitors, or any with HDMI 2.1, thanks.
