Refund: Reportaproblem.apple.com not working

I would like to the a refund on my recent purchase! I’m logged in using my AppleID that I used to purchased and all still but getting error message “Something went wrong please try again” I have used different browsers on my iPhone and use desktop version same error message. Anyone else’s have the same issue. Please help! Thanks!

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


Low Power Mode is On.

Charge the iPhone & wait until the battery is fully charged (100%).

The Low Power Mode will turned off automatically.


Then try again, see -> If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement

If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement – Apple Support (UK)
