kernel_task take upto 300-400% CPU

I have a MacBook air 2014 (early) my laptop is working fine till this week, but now it starts lagging when is looked at activity manager kernel_task takes up to 250-300% CPU.

things I have tried before raising an issue

  • my CPU temperature is 35-45 degrees Celsius
  • when I restart my laptop it works fine for 15-30 minutes then again starts lagging
  • I have tried reinstalling Mohave and updating to bigsur(clean install) and going back to el Capitan(clean install)
  • I have tried one tutorial saying to delete some extension files in the system folder
  • i have tried safe mode
  • disabling and enabling System integrity protection

I have attached a screenshot of the activity manager before and after the issue starts

also attached ETREcheckpro report

and a screenshot of "kextstat" command in safe mode and in normal mode

safe mode :-

in normal mode :-

one more thing if that matter :--

I have a MacbookAir6, 2 but there is NO file of this name in /System/Library/Extensions/IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin.kext/Contents/Resources

Whew, might be tough finding the problem with such an old underpowered Mac, but...

Start with this...

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Open Font Book in Applications, Validate all fonts.

You possibly have this problem...

By clean Install do you mean an Erase & no migrating of Data?
