Apple mail html email signature image not showing in preview

Hi!

It seems like a known issue but I'd like to understand if there is a work-around and/or if this is an issue that is planned to be addressed soon.

When creating an HTML email signature with an image and copying this signature into apple mail, the image does not display properly. However, when sending the email, it is delivered correctly.

Although it worked in the end, I was concerned and almost didn't go through the process of sending a test email because I thought that the signature was broken.
