iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15.6. The display does not always output 120 Hz. Power saving is disabled, 120 Hz is enabled. In places, it will not scroll smoothly. The phone is new. I see a lot of similar topics, but the author's didn't get a good answers.

iPhones use LTPO displays which can have variable refresh rates.
