Unable to take screenshots post update to 15.6 have tried reboot also… please help

Getting Screenshot to Work:
Configure your iPhone to use Back Tap for screenshots. You'd tap it twice or thrice to create it. Report back the results.

Open the Photos App:
For starters, what happens when you open the Photos app? Are they seen?

All is Fine:
If all is seen in Photos, then, all is fine. You are set. Screenshots are working.
Have tried side button and volume up button
then assistive touch
then back tab
nothing work
while using assistive touch for some time dot goes out as the screenshot is going to captured but then nothing happens

What happens when you try to take a screenshot, anything? Do you get an error message? How are your attempting to take the screenshot?
