iPhone Lock and Alerts Sounds Linked to Media issue

why is my iPhone lock sound and alerts are linked to media volume even if i turn off Change with Button option in settings ??

And the strange thing is when the media volume is down to the lowest the alerts, keyboard and lock sound is terribly loud and when the media volume is high the lock sound is somewhat fine.

its really frustrating this issue occurred to me i think after IOS 16 and now my phone is on ios 16.5 but the issue still exist. Please help how to fix it

Installing iOS beta version is at your own risk.

iOS 16 version has not been released to the public, so you have to wait.

We are not allowed to discuss about Beta version here.
