Can’t pick up no caller id calls

I can’t pick up calls from “no caller id”, which is annoying because that’s the doctors. I’ve been to settings and it says allow calls from everyone but still doesn’t work . I’ve also unsilenced calls from unknown callers. Could it be the way the doctor’s phone system is set up? Thanks

Hey there I'm a painter,

Let's continue ruling out some other possible causes by confirming the following details:

  1. We see you have an iPhone SE with iOS 13, but depending on your model, the latest version would be iOS 15.6.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  2. Any issues other than from calls with 'No Caller ID', and have you contacted your carrier about this to see if there's anything on their end(account/settings/preferences/etc.) that could be causing this occur?
  3. When did this first start?

Cheers!

I'm a painter,

Did you have an opportunity to install the iOS update to iOS 15.6.1? Do you have any third-party call blocking software installed or filtering opportunities through your wireless carrier? We ask that to make sure there isn't anything coming in to play from sources that are outside of your device's native software.

The options built-in to the iOS software, 'Silence Unknown Callers' would not function as you've described if it was coming in to play. You'd notice that calls from unknown numbers would not ring and be sent to your voicemail, and then appear in your recent calls list. This article describes more on that - Detect and block spam phone calls

Thanks.
