I transferred my iPhone from SE 2nd to 13 mini and two of my apps just refuse to send me push notifications.
I tried everything (restart, multiple re-downloads, full wipeout of iPhone settings) and nothing.
Those two apps are CNBC and Bloomberg … everything looks good (notifications are allowed and turned on) and nothing.
could you please help me?

Oh thank you, but that’s not it. Everything is good there as well. I think it might be something deeper - the thing is, I still receive the notifications on my old phone and I think - in layman’s terms - that the app sends the notification to the old phone and says “Job well done” and doesn’t care about the new one.
I tried and nothing. Yes, I am signed into them.
For both these apps, you may want to check to see if there are custom or more granular notification settings within them and make sure they are enabled. These are generally buried within the settings panel when opening them up.
You could test that theory by having your SE 2 temporarily turned off. Outside of that, are you signed into an account for both of these of apps?
