The specifics depend on which device you’re using.

Assuming iOS, in the main Music app, tap Listen Now, then tap the User icon in the top-right corner. The Account pane will open, including the option to ‘Set up Profile’.

Are you an Apple Music subscriber? it's only available under an Apple Music subscription.
