Want my old iMac to be totally separate from new one. How do I eliminate mail on old one, change name and password, etc. on old one without affecting the brand new iMac?

Just got new iMac. Want to keep old iMac but have it totally separate from new....eliminate mail, empty cache, change name and change password. Would share same password for internet. Not computer smart...75 yrs old. Help...

iMac 21.5″, macOS 11.6
