Author corner

I have been an author since 1997 when I first published my kid's books. Online I generally head for Amazon, Smashwords and Lulu to get my message (books/titles) out there. Since the fall of iBooks Author (R.I.P) I have not ventured into Apple's platform again_ Possibly author trauma_. I am now seeing more about Apple online but still have not heard other author's thoughts, views and activities to publish on Apple. I adore using Mac Pages (which has moved sluggishly with the times, but I like it's pleasantness and all its hidden functions). Seeing my books NOT on Apple, I wonder if there are any active parent companies looking out for great titles (like mine!) coming out regularly. I would love to see a forum for authors similar to that happening on CreateSpace (before kdp/Amazon shot this foot off). It was so nice to see that others were struggling, or having problems with online uploads, accounts, etc. Apple, for me, is beautiful and wonderful to use and I think we need more upbeat blogs about us. In the meantime I am working with Draft2Digital universal links (sadly missing Apple link for my titles). Thanks all those who love being an author. I adore you.
