Flight mode in control centre

How do you disable flight mode from the control centre in iOS 15.6.1 on iPhone 11 or at least shut it off so no one else can turn it off if you lose your phone

Turn off airplane mode in the Control Center or make control center inaccessible on Lock screen I am trying to turn off airplane mode in the Control Center. I tried the fix recommended (go to settings, find control center and turn off access on Lock Screen) but I find no opportunity in Control Center in settings to turn off the access on Lock Screen. Looks like Apple has removed that option!! How do I deal with this vulnerability of the iPhone now??

Don't want Airplane mode setting changed from on to off after IOS update I have extended travel out of US. I leave iPhone 13Pro on Airplane mode with Wi-Fi turned on entire trip. Never an issue except when there is IOS update. Upon reboot, phone comes on with Airplane mode off, and Voila! I have $10 AT&T International Day charge. How can I have the phone stay in Airplane mode when it reboots after IOS update? BTY saw 2020 thread similar to this but never a solution offered. I turn Airplane mode on from Settings and well as WiFi.
