spilled water on my macbook air m1 speakers

i turned it OFF immediately and closed it. But internet says i have to flip it??? If im gonna open my macbook then it will turn on 😭😭😭 WHAT WILL I DO

Turning on a wet machine can cause more damage and increase the cost of repair. ⚠️
