Hi,

I recently bought a used iPhone 11 from Marketplace. The handset is in great condition and fully functioning. However, I’ve noticed that there were a couple of apps that were related to a business installed and that it has MDM installed. I contacted the seller but they cannot/won’t help. Can this be removed?

From what I can tell this was probably a corporate device that has been sold on either knowing or unknowingly.

Have a bought a world of Trouble?

You'll need to contact the company that is listed as managing the device. Only they can remove the management.
