Cannot verify my identity

Hello,

I have been trying to apply for Apple card for 7 months now, everytime I hit the 5 times limit without any progress, I'm stuck with "We are unable to verify your identification information".

Unfortunately, Apple card support cannot help with this issue, I asked for managers to check the case and all they say just apply again and again without any progress.

So here's the problem, my name is 5 words, and I only user first and last name (2 words). On my driver license, it's 3 words and I used that. on TransUnion Credit, it's 2 words and I used that. I tried capitalize tha letters as one of the call center told me but still they cannot verify my identity.

Who exactly I should talk to in this case?
