On my Iphone there is this app Xcode Preview. No clue how it came there, i did not install on purpose, however every few days the app will appear on my homescreen and if so, it messes up my Shortcuts widgets. Any way to resolve(get rid of xcode preview at all?)

Are you sharing your Apple ID with others?
Settings > App Stores > [Automatic Downloads Section ] Apps > Disable. Please see the pic below
Thanks for your reply. no i am not sharing my apple id. The automatic installation/ download is already turned off
the xcode preview remains installed all the time(as it cannot be deleted) however every now and then it also placenthe icon on the start page and that is when my shortcuts widgets are getting messed
