Eg: says:

On iPhone, go to Settings  > Bluetooth, turn on Bluetooth, then tap the name of the device.

If Bluetooth won't turn on try restarting your Mac : Eg: Apple menu > Restart

( If restarting doesn't help: Follow the instructions provided with it, to also restart the Bluetooth accessory / device)
