Flashing Touch Bar 13" MacBook Pro (2020)

I know this issue has been discussed already, but none of the resolutions I've seen, like resetting NVRAM/SMC have had any effect. Here is a video showing the problem.

The frustrating part is that it started happening after I received my computer back from being repaired for a different issue. I have AppleCare, and I suppose I could send it away to be fixed again...but is this something that Apple can even fix? Getting maximum resale value is probably the primary reason I'm thinking about this, since I don't think it has any other detrimental effect. Anyone actually had this issue repaired by Apple or managed to fix it themselves?
