Get a snowflake looking screen during shutdown

I have a 2020 MacBook Air. Just updated to Monterey v 12.5.1. When shutting down, I get a "snowflake" screen. Never did before this update. Any suggestions on how to resolve issue.

The only time I have seen a similar issue at shutdown, was when this specific AntiVirus software was installed and used on the computer Intego AntiVirus
