I am so annoyed by Quick Note. It is great to put up info at first, but every time I activate it, it only allows me to add to the existing note, there is no + to add a new note that is separate. I open the Notes program and the same issue. The send arrow doesn't seem to work either like the docs say.
So annoyed ... anyone have a note program they like better?

If you want to always start a new Quick Note (instead of opening the previous one), open the Notes app 
on your Mac, choose Notes > Preferences, then deselect “Resume last Quick Note.”
