Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

After Mac Mail update I cannot choose between different signatures, the list is empty.

Mail application was updated on 25.08.2022.

Before that, I was able to choose and use different signatures.

If I go to Preferences - Signatures I still see different signatures.

But if I open a new email then the "Signatures" list is empty, I cannot see any signatures.

How can I use and choose different signatures for every new email?

Give this a try: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 3 - 5 minutes as it's doing the following;

• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed

• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)

• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically

• Disables user-installed fonts

• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files
