AIG SCAM

Has anyone had a successful resolution for filing a claim with AIG via Apple Care to get a replacement phone? I submitted a claim five days ago through Apple. AIG is still denying that the claim is in their system. I’m on a three way call right now with Apple and AIG, getting nowhere.

Re how does Apple Care Plus/AIG work? Re Apple Care Plus/AIG - my monthly subscription payments are locked in, and I've paid them $250Aud + to receive my replacement phone - but after 3 WEEKS since my claim was approved, NO 'tracking number' email from either AIG or Apple has shown up. So I don't get a replacement iPhone? Plus, Apple has now cancelled my first device Serial Number, and in the process has changed their/AIG's case number 3 times! Plus, they both now state a totally unknown phone contact for me.

Support Email for AIG? Does anyone have an email for AIG's customer support for Apple Care+ Theft & Loss? I lost my phone while out of the country on a multi-month trip. I am trying to get it replaced through AIG... but having to use international phones and costing my friends and family a fortune by calling on their phones (since mine is at the bottom of the ocean). The email AIG provided, warranty-aigclaimcenter@aig.com, bounces back. They are asking for all of this information and running me through the wringer in order to approve my claim... and i'm starting to think the insurance I trusted is a scam. I'd love to get an email so I can get to the bottom of this problem and get a replacement phone for the rest of my trip! Someone please help!
