Refund approved but never received !
I got an approved refund but the credit was never received in my account. It’s been four days and there is no way to contact apple to report this failure for the refund to be processed correctly.

When will I get the money back?
If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:
Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.
Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.
All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

Yes I know this but it says store credit is 48 hours…this was Tuesday and it’s Saturday and I didn’t get the store credit….I only use iTunes credit and have no credit card on file, so there’s a problem…and how do I report it?
Ok so here's some more information if you can advise if I should wait longer...
I preordered Maverick for 19.99 and then when I logged in to download it on Tuesday (8/23) when it was released, I saw that the bundle with Top Gun was only five bucks more while Top Gun alone was like $16 bucks. So I wanted to get a refund on Maverick and purchase the bundle instead. On Wed 8/24 at 9:14 am I received an email that my refund request was approved. At 6 pm the same day I received a purchase confirmation of Maverick (the preorder not the bundle--I didn't purchase the bundle yet). To date I have not received the 19.99 back in my account but the film has disappeared from my library.
According to the information from Apple, Store credit should take 48 hours. I only ever use iTunes cards, I don't have a credit card on file. So as of right now (8/28) I do not have the refund and there is no way to contact Apple to inform them of this. That's the crux of the problem. Refund approved but not received and no way to communicate directly with Apple customer service to say my refund was not received.
It's super frustrating. Now I have no movie and no money. At this point I am thinking I should have just kept the movie but don't have that either.
