Have not received store credit refund after 48 hours
I paid for an in app purchase using store credit I had, but the app said the purchase did not go through even though I was charged for it. I requested a refund through apple and was approved. However, I have yet to receive any type of refund even though it has been about two weeks since then. Should I wait a whole month or contact someone? And, if so, what or who should I contact? I already know about how long a refund should take depending on payment method, but I can not find any information on who to contact if it has been over 48 hours and there is still no refund for a store credit purchase.
