Time Machine taking longer than usual

Since upgrading to Monterey, my Time Machine has been taking longer than usual to back up.

Today it has been backing up since 6:30am (9.5 hours).

Anyone have any solutions?

iMac 27″, macOS 12.5

Time machine won't back up to G drive. Indicates back up, but doesn't Time machine will not back up to G drive. Did in the past, but not in the past month. Reaches 14% and then goes no further.

Failed back ups with Time Machine I have a 2015 Macbook Pro, on trying to back up using Time Machine it seems to start backing up and then quits each time before completing, any ideas please? See attached screenshots which shows how far it got before closing with 12 minutes to go, also it is not registering, last back up recorded Feb 23.

Time Machine backup fails with no space on disk. The back up disk is showing 2.81 TB of free space out of 4 TB, yet Time Machine says it is full. I believe the back ups are using space on the Mac hard drive and thus preventing other activity as this is also now nearly full. I do not have another empty drive Time Machine can use right now. I am unable to use disk utility to diagnose and repair the back up disk as it fails, sying the disk is in use.
