I got it figured out. It was a code for 3 months free with a tv I bought.

Okay. Third party promotions for Apple TV+ can each have their own procedure. Those procedures would normally be detailed on the manufacturer website or in an email from the device manufacturer.

Subscribing to Apple TV+ doesn’t normally work with codes.
