My Macbook battery drains to 83% overnight??

I have been using this Mac for two years straight; in those two years, I used this mac all the time and did mostly CPU-heavy tasks. My battery charge cycle as of this moment is 1247 cycles. And after 12 hours overnight under sleep mode, the battery drained to about 80%

Is it recommended I replace the battery now? or can I just use this Mac while plugged in to save battery life?

Hello Cyflor-N-Ac,

You can check your battery health to see if replacing your battery is recommended:

Check battery health
You can check the health of your battery in Battery preferences or the Battery status menu:
In macOS Big Sur or later, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, click Battery, select Battery in the sidebar, then click Battery Health.
In macOS Catalina or earlier, hold the Option key and click the battery icon in the menu bar to reveal the battery status menu.
You'll see one of the following status indicators:
Normal: The battery is functioning normally.
Service Recommended: The battery's ability to hold charge is less than when it was new or it isn't functioning normally. You can safely continue to use your Mac but you should take it to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to get your battery evaluated.
To get service for your battery, contact Apple.

Though My MacbookAir system info says the battery is normal, the charge cycles are already at 1250 cycles (1000 charge cycles is the point where the battery starts to decrease in charge life.)

I just want to know if my battery drains to 80% overnight, is it recommended to replace it? If I don't replace the battery anytime soon, will it go to the point where a full charge last 1-2 hours lower compared to when I bought the Mac?
