Duo Mobile issues with Google Chrome
Hello.
We had a student visit our help desk needing help with her dual authentication that is used on campus (Purdue University). She receives the push notifications to her phone without any issues when using the Safari browser. But never receives any notifications when using Google Chrome. This didn't just happen on her personal device but also on Google Chrome when we had her log into one of our supported stations.
We've tried clearing the cache but no luck. I thought about an uninstall/reinstall of Chrome but the issue persisting on our machines makes me think it is some type of account issue?
Has anyone had any issues similar to this with Chrome accounts? We use Duo Mobile for the two factor authentication here.
