Apple watch 7 cellular and overseas travel

Hello. I have a cellular Apple watch and I'm going overseas. What settings do I need to turn off and/or change on the watch so I don't get charged roaming and data and whatnot?

I have the ATT international day pass for my phone if I need it, which I'm good at controlling, but wasn't sure about the watch.
