Purchase history

I recently "Erase All Content and Settings" on my iPad. The first time I got the iPad, I purchased the Goodnotes 5 app that very day. Now that I have reactivated the iPad after the erasure, I can't find the purchase I made so that I may restore purchases in the Goodnotes 5 app. I was hoping to find the purchase so that I may get the receipt and hopefully have it restored but there is nothing there. It's like I never purchased the app. Please help.
