Charges on my account

There is a Splice app that charged me $105.00, how do I go about getting a refund? My nephew got ahold of my phone and accidentally made the purchase.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
