I receive Online Status in my organization email but in gmail.com I can see all emails correctly

If Mail can’t decrypt emails

If that isn't helpful, could you provide more details on what's occurring with the Mail app? Are you unable to receive emails, download content in an email, etc.?

Probably some feature is disabled for my domain by administrator.
Consider adding this item to Mails support. About organization emails and administrators who disabled some features. Thanks for help!
