mac apps in macOS monterey like creative cloud and google chrome close on their own

After updating to MacOS monterey 12.5.1 some apps like creative cloud and google chrome close on their own right after opening them. I downloaded google chrome canary which worked fine. i have tried reinstalling and deleting all chase files but nothing worked. They still closed after starting

Some apps won't reopen unless I restart my MBP 14" A few months back I got a 14" M1 MBP and I installed everything on it from scratch. I have this issue where some apps will not reopen once they are closed unless I restart my Mac. I get this message that the app has unexpectedly quit, if I click reopen, the message just keeps appearing and asking me to send reports to Apple The only way to get them to open is to restart my computer. Anybody else have this issue or know why it might be happening? Here are the apps that Im having issue with Teams Brave Rekordbox PDF Reader Splice Loopcloud

apps opening up by themselves after shutdown on Safari Never had issues before when I shutdown my iMac it always closed applications that were open.. Now when I restart the computer all the apps are still open they never closed... I do not have anything checked saying open apps at login? So why is this happening
